We want you to be happy with your order! Most of our customers are very happy, but we know that sometimes you need to return an item. In the case that you need to return an item, please follow the instructions below.

DAMAGED ITEMS:
If you receive a damaged item, please call 903-223-9143 or email AskTopsTheCake@aol.com IMMEDIATELY for instructions. Please notify us within 5 days of receipt. You will be credited for your order or shipped a replacement at your request. You may be asked to retain the damaged item and all original packaging materials, including the shipping box, for up to 10 days. UPS may want to pickup the damaged item.

NO RETURNS ACCEPTED ON CUSTOM HAIR COLOR ORDERS or DISCOUNTED ITEMS.

OTHER TYPES OF RETURNS
You may return an item within 14 days after you receive it. Package the item you wish to return in the same safe manner as it was sent to you and ship it to the address below. You will receive your exchange or refund as soon as possible. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable in most cases.

PLEASE NOTE: We will not refund shipping charges on packages that are undeliverable or delivered late due to the submission of an incomplete or incorrect shipping address. UPS may charge a $5.00 surcharge if they have to correct an address. The surcharge will be charged back to the customer. If you inform UPS to deliver your package to an address other than the shipping address supplied to us, UPS will charge a surcharge and that charge will be charged back to the customer.

*Even though UPS guarantees 3 Day, 2 Day and Next Day Delivery, there is always a chance that your order could arrive late due to unforeseen circumstances. If your package arrives late, you will be refunded for the delivery charge only. You will have to return the item in order to receive a refund for the merchandise itself. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping charges. If the item arrives damaged, we will ship another item via the original shipping method or refund the cost of the broken item at your request. If you request express shipping to replace an item, you must pay the difference between the original shipping cost and the express shipping cost.

The same applies for standard, non-guaranteed shipping. If the item arrives damaged and express shipping is used to send the replacement, you must pay the difference in the express shipping charge and the original shipping cost.
