The hottest new concept in wedding cake ornamentation is monograms for the top of the cake. It is a perfect way to personalize the wedding cake for the new couple. Monograms can also be used for engagement parties, showers and anniversaries. The monograms are made of plastic and are in a matte white finish. The simple white monograms can be embellished with crystals, etc., and can be decorated and painted for any season, color or theme. The letters have been sized to easily fit onto a 6" or 8" cake. There is a pick mounted into the bottom of each monogram for insertion onto the cake or a floral foam decoration being used on the cake.

Monogram letters are available in two sizes. In creating a standard 3-letter monogram, the small letters are used for the initials of the bride and groom's given names (first names) and the large letter is for the first initial of their surname (last name). Or, for a more casual look, you may wish to use large monograms for the given names and an ampersand (&) or double hearts in the middle. One large letter to represent the groom's last name is also a popular look.

Small letters, ampersand and double hearts are approximately 2 5/8" tall and 2" wide and
the Large letters are approximately 4 1/2" tall and 3 1/2" wide

More Info on How to Create Your Monogram ...
The large middle letter is the initial for the couple's last name.
The small letter on the left is the groom's first name initial.
The small letter on the right is the bride's first name initial.

Example: for John and Mary Smith, you would order using these three item codes:
SM-J, SM-M, and LG-S meaning you want a Small J, a Small M and a Large S.
So, you would order 1 each of 3 different items on the order form.

You may just use one letter on the cake to represent the couple's last name.

You may also use the first letter of the bride and groom's name with the and sign in the middle.
