Do you have a
catalog that you can mail me?
A printed catalog is not available.
All of our products are shown on the web site.
Is online ordering secure?
Yes. We use a secure server for our online order
form. When you see the golden lock in the bottom right corner of your screen, you know
you are using a secure site.
When will my order ship?
We ship your order the next
shipping day
after it is placed. For more order and shipping information see our

How soon will I receive my order?
Most orders are received within 3-5 business days from the
date shipped. For more detailed shipping information see our

Do you ship to APO addresses? Yes. Your package will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
Is the topper too heavy for my cake?
There is no specific weight limit. You should be
able to use all of the toppers shown on our web site as a cake topper if your baker
inserts the proper dowel rod supports. More information about wedding cake

How are items measured?
Items are measured at tallest and widest point to give
you an idea of the overall size.
Can changes be
made to the toppers?
Hair color may be changed on some items. You may also request a
different flower color on some items. The color options are shown on
each page.
Why do some
items have a name and others do not?
Some of our suppliers, like Precious Moments,
give names to their items and some do not. If a name is available, we will
put it on the web site.
Do you ship to destinations
other than the 50 US states?
No. We no longer take orders that are to be
delivered to destinations outside of the United States. Due to delivery
delays, shipping cots, and the all around hassle, we have decided to stop shipping
overseas.
Why do I get a warning message about your
security certificate name?
We use a secure server for our online order form.
We do not own the security certificate, but it is a secure site. When you see
the gold lock in the bottom right corner of your screen, you know you are using a secure
site.
Do you share my personal information with
other companies?
Absolutely not! We have to
give your shipping
address to the shipping company, but other than that, all your information is kept with us
and it is secure. See our

What is your return policy?
Our return policy is pretty liberal. We ask that
you return an unwanted item within 2 weeks from the date you receive it, but we understand
that you may need more time and we can make an exception to the rule. For our

Will UPS or the Post Office leave my package at my door if I'm
not home?
Yes, UPS and USPS should leave your package at your door if you
are not home. In some case, the delivery drivers will not leave a package
at an apartment or at an address where the package is visible from the street. If you need your package
left at a specific location, please
include that information on the order form in the "additional information" or
tell the operator if placing a phone order.
Do you offer wholesale prices?
We are unable to offer wholesale prices, but we may be
able to offer a volume discount.

us with a list of the items and quantities you would like to order and we will work up a
price list for you.
Why order from your company?
We pride ourselves in our quality and customer service. We will not sell an item if
it doesn't meet our quality standards. There are actually many toppers out there
that sell well for some companies, but we do not carry them because the quality
doesn't meet our standards.
Our customers are satisfied with the products they buy from us. We have maybe
one out of one hundred items returned and it is rarely because the customer is not
satisfied with the merchandise. We do sincerely care that our customers
receive a quality, professional shopping experience.
